About Me

My name is Melissa, I am 20 years old, and I have been doing intermittent fasting for over three years. Shortly before my 17th birthday, I came across this term on the internet. Since then, I’ve been doing intermittent fasting quite consistently. I started to read dozens of internet blogs and books about it.

The knowledge I’ve acquired over the years has grown, which is why I want to pass it on and help others. My goal is to educate newcomers as well as people that already know quite a lot about IF. I want to answer some unusual questions, that you might ask yourself after starting your intermittent fasting journey.

Other than my obsession with intermittent fasting, I’m well known for my vibrant curiosity and enthusiasm in my personal life.
